After debuting during Nokia World in Abu Dhabi in October, the Lumia 1520 Windows Phone phablet is headed stateside on November 15 and available for pre-order now. As announced previously, AT&T will be the exclusive U.S. carrier for the 1520 at launch.

At this writing, the 1520 wasn't available on AT&T's site, but you could pre-order a 16GB 1520 at the Microsoft Store for $199 with a new, two-year contract.

Off-contract the 1520 is priced at $549, which is $200 less than Nokia announced during Nokia World. Nokia's original estimated price was based on a 32GB device, however, which wasn't present on Microsoft's site at this writing. The Microsoft Store also made no mention of the 1520's microSD expansion slot—another feature announced in October.

Nokia's Lumia 1520 is the phone maker's first phablet-sized smartphone. The model on Microsoft's site features a 6-inch display with 1920-by-1080 resolution, a quad-core 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB RAM, and 16GB onboard storage. Other niceties for the 1520 include Nokia's 20 megapixel PureView rear-facing camera, a 1.2 megapixel front-facing camera, and a 3400mAh battery promising up to 24 hours of 4G talk time.
