After getting our first look at it in May and some hands-on time in June, Samsung's petite Galaxy S4 Mini is finally headed to AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, and U.S. Cellular in November. There's no word on pricing or an exact release date, but we should start to hear announcements from the carriers in the coming weeks.

When we first got a chance to check out the S4 Mini in June, we said it wasn't "noticeably different" than the standard Galaxy S4 aside from the screen size. Instead of a 5-inch Super AMOLED 1080p screen, the Mini offers a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display with 960-by-540 resolution. The 1.9GHz quad-core processor in the S4 is reduced to a 1.7GHz dual-core chip, and you only get 1.5GB RAM versus 2GB in the full-size version.

The onboard storage remains the same, however, at 16GB with an expandable SD slot supporting up to an additional 64GB of storage. Other specs include 8 megapixel rear-facing and 1.9MP front-facing cameras, Bluetooth 4.0, 5 GHz a/b/g/n Wi-Fi, NFC, and USB 2.0.

Careful, it might blow away.

On the software side, the Mini offers many of the fancy features the regular S4 has such as WatchOn, which turns your smartphone into a universal remote for your TV.
