Nuna 7, a futuristic single-seater car capable of speeds in excess of 62 miles per hour, won the World Solar Challenge, a biennial cross-Australia endurance race for solar-powered vehicles.

The Dutch car, developed by Delft University in the Netherlands, finished the race from Darwin to Adelaide in just over 33 hours.

The car shown above is from Team Arrow, from Queensland, Australia.
